PROJECT MANAGER (District Heating) at 80 - 100%

Our technical office, created in 2019, specializes in the design and realization of thermal networks. Benefiting from experience in the field of district heating (CAD) for more than 16 years in Suisse Romande, we accompany our clients through all project phases, from engineering to realization. We actively participate in the implementation of the energy transition, thanks to the development of CAD, energy of the future.

To meet the high demand, we wish to complete our current team composed of ten people.

We are looking for a:

PROJECT MANAGER (District Heating) at 80 - 100%

For our office in Renens and in close collaboration with piping technicians and drafters, you assume the following responsibilities:

• You study and plan district heating (CAD) projects
• You write specifications, tenders and various permit applications
• You manage the work and schedules of CAD construction sites, financial monitoring as well as measurements and the acceptance of works for said construction sites
• You coordinate with other technical offices and companies intervening in the project areas.

To ensure this captivating role, you have the following qualifications:

• You hold a diploma as a works supervisor / technician (ES) or a title deemed equivalent and you can justify successful professional experience in the field of civil engineering and/or energy
• You are methodical, autonomous and solution-oriented in your work
• You communicate well both within a team and with clients and partners
• You master the usual Office IT tools
• You possess a category B driving license
