You will

• lead the Employee and Partner Business and International Clients teams professionally and personally (a total of 5 employees)
• be the competent contact person, in particular for French-speaking Valiant employees as well as their relatives, and advise them holistically and professionally
• manage and expand your own client book in the segments Financing, Investing and Provisioning
• advise professionally and according to needs on our products and services and be responsible for their technical processing

You bring

• banking training and several years of professional experience, especially in the credit area
• up-to-date specialist knowledge and completed bank-specific further training
• leadership competence or the motivation to take the next step into a leadership function
• a strong customer, service, and goal orientation as well as strong communication skills and assertiveness
• a responsible and discreet handling of confidential data
• very good French skills are an advantage
• Finnova knowledge is an advantage
