ICT-System Engineer 80-100 % St. Gallen, St. Gallen-Winkeln, Kloten oder Bern

You will be responsible for complex Microsoft customer infrastructures and ensure a secure, stable, and efficient operation. In doing so, you will bring your expertise to the further development of our IT systems and work closely with internal stakeholders and customers. For our locations in St. Gallen, St. Gallen-Winkeln, Kloten or Bern, we are looking for a committed personality as an ICT System Engineer from 1. October 2026 or by agreement. Your role • Automate workflows with ServiceNow (JavaScript) and Gitlab, Ansible AWX • Further development of customer environments in on-premise and cloud environments • Administration and operation of Microsoft 365, Azure, and Windows 11 • Intune and SCCM management for device and software control • Setup and maintenance of server environments • 2nd-/3rd-level support including incident and problem management • Maintenance of Windows server services (AD, DHCP, GPO, Printservice) • Integration of new customer sites into the existing infrastructure • Participation in IT projects for the further development of the system landscape • Implementation of security policies and participation in the on-call service Your profile • Completed education in computer science or equivalent qualification (e.g. HF, FH, federal certificate of proficiency) • Powershell, JavaScript, Ansible • In-depth knowledge of Windows servers, clients, M365, and Azure • Quick comprehension and high willingness to learn • Enjoyment of customer consulting and professional appearance • Fluent German language skills in word and writing (C1 level) • Willingness for on-call availability and work in dynamic environments Your benefits • Up to 60% home office possible with a 100% workload • Holiday purchase (2 weeks per year) • 41-hour week with flexible working hours for a full-time workload • At least 25 days of vacation per year • 100% financial or time-based promotion of further education • Free SBB half-fare subscription for all employees We cultivate an open "you" culture - so feel free to send us your application directly in the "you" form.
