For our customer, we are looking for a reliable and service-oriented personality as a Customer Service Clerk, starting immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks

• Personal, telephone, and written support for our customers
• Receipt, coordination, and processing of customer inquiries
• Support for our employees in building maintenance with administrative and organizational tasks or in the event of incoming malfunctions
• Organization and coordination of tradespeople as well as appointment scheduling
• Administrative support for our management and department heads
• General office and correspondence work as well as participation in day-to-day business

What you bring with you

• Commercial basic training or training in retail with business school or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in customer service or in a similar administrative function is an advantage
• Joy in dealing with people and a strong service orientation
• Independent, structured, and reliable way of working
• Organizational talent as well as the ability to maintain an overview even in hectic situations
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
• Good user knowledge of MS Office programs
