Job Description ##

In this varied role, you will take on a central role within the Group Finance Team and contribute significantly to the financial management of the corporate group.

• Responsibility for the consolidation of the group companies as well as ensuring timely and high-quality consolidated financial statements
• Creation and continuous further development of group-wide management reporting
• Analysis of financial and operational key figures at group level as well as derivation of well-founded recommendations for action for the management board
• Further development of group controlling instruments, KPI structures and reporting processes
• Participation in budget, forecast and medium-term planning processes for the entire group
• Support in the financial management of international subsidiaries
• Establishment and further development of professional project, order and performance controlling
• Analysis of profitability, cost structures and business developments of individual companies and business units
• Sparring partner for local finance teams as well as internal stakeholders at management level
• Participation in finance digitalization projects as well as the optimization of reporting and consolidation processes
• Support with ad-hoc analyses, business cases and strategic decision-making bases

The Successful Applicant ##

• Completed studies in business administration, finance, accounting, controlling or a comparable field of study
• Several years of experience in group controlling, investment controlling, consolidation or corporate finance
• Experience in the preparation of consolidated financial statements and group-wide reporting
• Good knowledge in the area of accounting and consolidation
• Very good analytical skills as well as a strong understanding of financial contexts
• Experience with ERP systems as well as reporting and consolidation tools
• Very good Excel skills, BI experience an advantage
• Fluent German and English skills
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
• Strong communication personality with the ability to interact successfully at different management levels
