Gerber Champignons AG, based in Seftigen(BE) near the Burgistein railway station, is a leading agricultural company specializing in the production of high-quality brown and white mushrooms. We supply our customers daily with fresh, regional products.

To strengthen our harvesting team, we are looking for a committed and motivated personality as of immediately or by arrangement as:

Harvest Helper/ine (100%)

As a harvest helper/ine, you will actively support our harvesting team and ensure that our pickers can focus fully on the harvest.

Your tasks:

• Support the pickers with all work related to the harvest
• Providing, refilling, and collecting material and packaging
• Palletizing and internal transport of goods and materials
• Operation of machines, equipment
• Cleaning, maintenance, and general cultivation work (watering, washing, care of the cultures)

Your profile:

• Teamwork skills and enjoyment of collaborating with various employees
• Reliable and responsible way of working
• Physical resilience and enjoyment of practical work
• Rational, efficient, and independent working style
• Flexibility and willingness to step in where support is needed
• German language skills are an advantage
• Experience in agriculture or production is an advantage, but not mandatory
• Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays in a regular rotation
