YOUR AREA OF ACTION

• Needs- and customer-oriented nursing and care of patients according to the nursing process in cooperation with our partner physicians as well as an interprofessional team.

YOUR TASKS

• Individual nursing and care of our patients considering our nursing mission statement
• Recognition and management of emergency situations as well as initiation of adequate measures until the doctor arrives
• Responsibility for correct patient documentation and information transfer in the assigned area of responsibility
• Induction and supervision of new employees, apprentices, and students

Regarding your additional function as a vocational trainer, you undertake the following activities:

• Competent guidance and support of HF nursing students as well as healthcare apprentices (Fachfrau/-mann Gesundheit) both professionally and pedagogically during their practical training
• Professional implementation of the educational mandate in the department according to the training concept

REQUIRED EDUCATION

• Completed training as a Dipl. Pflegefachfrau/-mann
• Experience in an ÜWS / IMC is an advantage
• Further training as a vocational trainer or willingness to complete it

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE

• Professional experience in an acute care hospital desirable

OTHER SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

• Great flexibility, resilience, and high organizational talent
• Good German language skills in spoken and written form (Certificate B2)
• Good IT user skills
• High social competence as well as strong empathy
• Ability to work in a team and ability to guide employees
