HR BUSINESS PARTNER - RECRUITMENT & TALENT ACQUISITION ### All our machines are designed specifically for our customers, so each product is unique. In this capacity, we wish to welcome an HR Business Partner - Recruitment & Talent Acquisition to support the employees and managers of the various populations assigned to them, notably at the general headquarters, and in the activities related to Production, Supply Chain, Administration and Technical Office. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: #### . Be the local HR partner for the populations assigned to you and advise managers on all HR matters. . Manage recruitments for your scope, from the definition of the need to the integration of new employees. . Ensure the implementation of HR processes and policies within your scope. . Support managers and employees through the various stages of the professional life cycle. . Participate in talent development, performance management and employee engagement. . Support organizational evolutions and HR projects. . Contribute to the definition and implementation of the common HR framework at the Group level. . Ensure the consistent application of HR practices and the Swiss legal framework. YOUR PROFILE: #### . Bachelor in Human Resources or equivalent. . 5 years of experience in an HRBP or HR generalist function, ideally in an industrial or international environment. . Experience in end-to-end recruitment and management of a recruitment portfolio. . Good knowledge of HR practices and Swiss labor law. . Excellent interpersonal skills, sense of advisory and business orientation. . Autonomy, pragmatism and collaborative spirit. . Fluent French, professional English desired (B2); German, Italian or Spanish is an asset. TOOLS USED FOR THIS POSITION: #### . MS Office . Internal GED .
