Vocational Trainer in the field of Electrical (üK) inter-company courses (100%) \- the association of the electrical industry of the cantons of Basel-Stadt and Baselland is the provider of the training center ABZ in Basel-Stadt and Pratteln. Over 700 apprentices (Elektroinstallateur*in EFZ, Montage-Elektriker*in EFZ, Gebäudeinformatiker*in EFZ and Elektroplaner*in EFZ) complete their inter-company courses at ABZ-Basel-Stadt and Pratteln. To strengthen the ABZ team, we are looking for, as of 1. January 2027 or by arrangement, a/an Vocational Trainer in the field of Electrical (üK) inter-company courses (100%) – for the apprenticeship professions Elektroinstallateur*in EFZ and Montage-Elektriker*in EFZ Tasks Teaching apprentices (Elektroinstallateur*in and Montage-Elektriker*in) Accompanying individual learning processes and monitoring progress Creating and adapting learning materials Creating the course curriculum and managing course administration Participation in the qualification procedure Requirements Training as Elektromonteur*in EFZ or Elektroinstallateur*in EFZ Higher further education or several years of professional experience (approx. 5 years) Pedagogical interest or willingness to undergo training as a vocational trainer Enjoyment of teaching and interacting with young people Independent, communicative, resilient Team player and open to modern learning methods Basic knowledge of Office and digital learning media Personal Profile Patient, empathetic and motivated Actively supports the development of apprentices Interest in further education (didactics/methodology) Good cooperation in the team What awaits you: An interesting, demanding and varied task in a financially healthy organization.
