This is the contribution you can make

• Perform tasks related to the fulfillment of the training and military service obligation of the assigned troops, such as service day management, call-up, mutation, and promotion matters
• Be responsible for managing the stocks of the assigned formations: ensuring that commanders and personnel managers receive appropriate information and orders, that stocks are balanced within their own formations, and, where necessary, independently issuing mutations
• Carry out clarifications with applicants, employers, and authorities, as well as make decisions on requests for service postponement and reallocation and initiate investigations
• Perform business processing using the Army Personnel Information System (PISA), monitor deadlines, and initiate and administer call-ups for individual services (courses, reports, etc.)
• Quality control of service day reports before entry into PISA and ensure the correct application of the corresponding regulations on the accountability of service days
• Represent Control Management FDT in working groups and projects

• Higher vocational education or equivalent commercial vocational education with function-relevant experience, preferably in a public administration
• Military knowledge is an advantage

The Training Command (Kdo Ausb) is responsible for training within the Swiss Army -- from recruitment through general basic training to officer training for the militia and professional military. The Kdo Ausb includes the Higher Officer Training, the Army Personnel, five training associations, the training center, as well as the Women in the Army and Diversity specialist office.
