My challenges

• Develop, implement, and maintain cybersecurity policies, standards, and processes for the entire group
• Conduct risk assessments, threat modeling, and vulnerability assessments, including technical security audits and penetration tests
• Prepare and accompany internal and external audits as well as certifications, including TISAX, ISO/IEC 27001, and ISO 31000
• Monitor and investigate security alerts, react to incidents, and manage follow-up measures
• Drive the further development of detection and response workflows together with the SOC and IT stakeholders
• Organize, manage, and evaluate external penetration tests and vulnerability scans
• Further develop the security infrastructure, including SIEM, EDR, IDS/IPS, and firewalls
• Be responsible for vulnerability remediation, patch cycles, and endpoint protection strategies
• Plan and conduct awareness campaigns, simulations, and targeted training sessions

My competencies

• Completed studies in Information Security, Computer Science, or a comparable technical field
• At least 3 years of experience in a comparable role, ideally in an internationally active company
• At least 5 years of technical experience in the implementation of security concepts and controls
• Familiarity with SOC or CSIRT operations and experience in handling larger security incidents
• Confident handling of Microsoft 365 administration, network security, and multi-layered IT architectures
• Sound knowledge of security management tools for vulnerabilities, assets, and services
• Business fluent English in speaking and writing, German or other languages an advantage
• Willingness for occasional international travel as well as commuting to the headquarters in Switzerland or willingness to relocate
• Advantageous: Further training or certifications in the field of cybersecurity or ethical hacking, as well as evidence such as ISO/IEC 27001, CISSP, or TISAX Auditor
