Supply Specialist

Your Responsibilities

• Own supplier setup and initial purchasing for NPI, including cost and inventory management
• Design and implement effective supply chain concepts to bring new products into production smoothly
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure transparent communication and on-time delivery
• Maintain logistics master data and enable seamless integration into MRP processes
• Monitor NPI orders and proactively ensure timely shipments
• Manage and drive the NPI Product Approval Workflow in Dynamics 365
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
• Anticipate supply risks, define mitigation actions, and track KPIs while ensuring compliance

Requirements

• Degree in supply chain, procurement, project management, or equivalent practical experience
• Experience in supply chain, procurement, or project purchasing, ideally in an industrial environment
• Understanding of supply chain strategies, cost structures, and multi-sourcing approaches
• Strong Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (Dynamics 365 is a plus)
• Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
• Strong communication and negotiation skills; able to work independently and collaboratively
• Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Very good German and good English skills
