In the heart of the Bernese mountains, within the authentic Berghotel Zur Sau, Chef Nicolas Darnauguilhem is launching his new gourmet restaurant: Esprit Mossettes.

With solid experience in gourmet catering and formerly awarded 17 GaultMillau points, 1 Michelin star, 1 Michelin Green star, and the title of GaultMillau Green Chef of the Year in his previous establishment, the Chef now wishes to create a new exceptional address, inspired by the spirit of great Swiss dining.

To accompany this opening, we are looking for a

Chef de Rang (M/F)

Your missions:

• Ensure a warm, professional, and personalized welcome for our clientele
• Guarantee impeccable gourmet service throughout the meal
• Present the dishes and advise customers on food and drinks
• Ensure the mise en place and organization of your station
• Work in close collaboration with the kitchen in order to offer a fluid and harmonious experience
• Ensure compliance with the restaurant's quality and excellence standards
• Participate in the development of the identity and experience of the new house

Profile sought:

• Proven experience in gourmet catering or high-end hospitality
• Excellent presentation and a keen sense of service
• Passion for gastronomy and hospitality
• Good team spirit, autonomy, and sense of responsibility
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Fluent French and German; any other language is an asset
• Desire to join an ambitious project from its opening

• Restaurant open from Thursday evening to Sunday noon
