This versatile position requires a responsible personality with a high degree of empathy and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.

Workload: 50%

Your tasks

• Responsibility for the professional care and support of patients
• Planning and implementation of nursing measures in cooperation with the nursing team
• Ensuring the quality of care through accurate documentation of nursing processes
• Support in the implementation of internal quality standards

Your profile

• Diploma as a Nursing Specialist HF or equivalent recognition
• Experience in the healthcare sector, ideally in long-term care
• Strong social competence and empathy in dealing with patients as well as their relatives
• Ability for an independent and responsible way of working
• Driver's license Cat. B and confident use of Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook)
