• Implementation of legal requirements as well as medical guidelines and quality management processes
• Further development of the medical offering as well as expansion of cooperations and networks
• Financial management and economic responsibility in cooperation with the administration

Your profile – Specialist competence meets leadership strength

• Specialist title General Internal Medicine (FMH or equivalent recognition)
• Experience in outpatient or inpatient medicine, ideally with leadership responsibility
• Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in business processes in healthcare
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working with interdisciplinary teams
• Organizational skills, initiative and decision-making ability
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing, other language skills an advantage
