Then apply now! ### What you will achieve * Deputizing during the absence of the restaurant manager or the deputy * Supervising all service stations and working at a service station * Active sales, additional sales, up-selling, cross-selling * Induction of new employees and motivating service staff * Collection of payments from guests * Writing menus, inventory, emails, cash register etc. ### What you bring * Education: Completed vocational training (EFZ) * Specialization: Hotel/Tourism vocational school with federal diploma or a successfully completed basic training with federal certificate of proficiency and higher professional examination in the gastronomy sector is an advantage * Professional experience: Several years of professional experience in service within Italian gastronomy * A passion for the role of host. Service to the guest is central to you.
