• Leadership, promotion, and further development of the corporate client team with a positive, appreciative, and motivating leadership style
• Technical, sales, and personnel leadership as well as further development of the corporate client business
• Ensuring comprehensive and needs-based advice for our corporate clients
• Creation of individual solution proposals across the entire advisory and service offering of the Raiffeisen Gruppe in the corporate client business, taking specific customer needs into account
• Maintenance and expansion of existing customer relationships as well as targeted acquisition of new customers based on defined market development
• Collaboration on target group-specific market development measures and performance of representative tasks in the region

What do you bring with you? ##

• Completed banking training, ideally with further training in banking or finance (e.g., business administration, corporate finance)
• Ideally initial leadership experience as well as the ability to motivate, promote, and further develop employees
• Team player and entrepreneurially minded personality with strong customer orientation, negotiation skills, and a confident appearance
• Solution-oriented, independent, and networked way of working
• Several years of advisory and acquisition experience, especially in the SME segment
