Your tasks ##

• Responsibility and processing of SME openings resulting from the digital integration journey at the Service Center
• Management of administrative tasks: opening capital deposit accounts, opening business relationships for SMEs, processing written requests as well as orders, including the management of client-related pending items and performing verifications during telephone contacts with clients

What you bring ##

• Basic commercial training, preferably banking training (e.g. CYP)
• Professional experience throughout the SME process (end-to-end)
• Knowledge of regulations (OR, VSB, AIA / FATCA)
• Analytical skills, efficient working method, high personal motivation and customer orientation
• Affinity for digital channels an asset
• Team player with excellent communication skills in German and French mandatory, knowledge of other foreign languages is a plus
