Draftsman specializing in architecture ###

Your tasks

• Creation of project, execution, and detail plans in CAD
• Implementation of sketches into CAD
• Independent processing of building permit applications
• Direct contact and clarifications with offices and building authorities
• Support of the project team in solving drawing challenges and structural engineering questions
• Close cooperation with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals
• Co-responsibility, monitoring, and updating of plan documents according to construction progress
• Everyday administrative and office work

Our requirements

• Completed training as Zeichner/in EFZ specializing in architecture or a completed degree in the field of architecture
• Professional experience in execution planning
• Sound knowledge in the creation of concept, project, execution, and detail plans
• Knowledge and application of valid Swiss construction standards, norms, and regulations
• Independent recording and measurement of existing buildings
• Strengths in spatial and design thinking
• Confident handling of common CAD programs (preferably Vector-Works)
• Knowledge in 3D and BIM planning is an advantage
