Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist CORE (m/w/d) 100%

Your tasks:

• You write and publish attractive job advertisements on various platforms
• You identify and acquire talent through Active Sourcing, Social Media and modern recruiting methods
• You conduct telephone interviews as well as personal application interviews
• You assess qualifications, potentials and soft skills of candidates
• You obtain references and accompany the entire recruitment process
• You prepare candidates professionally for client interviews
• You build long-term candidate networks and maintain them sustainably
• You observe regional labor market trends and recognize new recruiting opportunities
• You actively work on innovative recruiting and employer branding projects

What you bring with you:

• Commercial experience
• Experience in recruiting, human resources, sales or in a service-oriented function is an advantage
• Career changers with sales flair and enthusiasm for dealing with people are welcome
• Confident German language skills as well as good English skills
• Joy in networking and active candidate acquisition
• Strong communication skills, persuasiveness and a confident appearance
