These are your tasks ###

• Carrying out investigations in child and adult protection as well as taking over and managing KES mandates
• Investigation of new registrations as part of the intake process, including needs assessment and benefit calculation in the area of individual social assistance
• Advising and supporting people seeking help both with and without economic support
• Participation in professional, substantive or organizational further development
• Taking on thematic responsibility (e.g., maintenance / custody) and / or project and concept work

This distinguishes you ###

• A university or university of applied sciences degree (Bachelor) in Social Work forms the basis, supplemented by sound professional experience in economic social assistance as well as in mandate management in the KES area
• Pronounced professional and methodological competence is present and is demonstrated, among other things, in structured, careful and comprehensible file management
• In-depth knowledge of subsidiarity issues as well as in the area of social insurance enables secure application in everyday practice
• Interest in independent task fulfillment with a high degree of creative freedom
• Knowledge of the client software -KLIBnet- is present
• Readiness for scientifically sound, theory-led case management and corresponding reflection
