Job Description ## Debt Collection and Bankruptcy Offices are reinforcing their teams and are looking for committed employees to carry out an essential mission for the proper functioning of the Rule of Law. We are primarily recruiting an experienced bailiff for a Debt Collection and Bankruptcy Office (OPF). Responsibilities ## • Experienced Bailiff • You autonomously ensure the conduct of forced execution and bankruptcy proceedings. • Trainee bailiff (in training) • The following activities are carried out progressively under supervision: • Participation in the management of bankruptcy and forced execution files • Carrying out conservatory measures (inventories, publications, etc.) • Determination of assets and liabilities or seizable goods • Hearings of bankrupt individuals and interrogations of debtors • Participation in realization operations and the distribution of funds • Contribution to the management of real estate files, income garnishments and movable property sales • Collaborating in the management of real estate files and/or the management of income garnishment and movable property sale files. We thank you for indicating the desired level of activity in your cover letter.  Qualifications ## • CFC as a commercial employee  • Experience in the field of debt collection, bankruptcy or litigation: an asset • Certificate of training in forced execution or OPF Apprentice test: an advantage • For profiles to be trained: strong motivation to learn and evolve in this demanding field • Sense of public service, very good resistance to stress. • Good organization, initiative, speed, precision. • Ability to manage conflicts, assertiveness. • Mastery of spelling and ease with common IT tools.   Many possibilities for professional evolution and continuing education exist within the Debt Collection and Bankruptcy Offices.    As part of the recruitment procedure, candidates will be required to present an extract from the debt collection register and a criminal record of less than 3 months.   Engagement in a lower salary class is possible if the duration of experience related to the field and the level of training are insufficient at the time of engagement.
