We maintain our cooperative basic values, are locally anchored and create innovative solutions for our employees, customers and partners. Our corporate client team looks after around 1'300 corporate customers and offers the entire range of products and services of a modern corporate client bank. You are the first point of contact for the concerns of our corporate customers, both by telephone and electronically. You take responsibility for corporate client administration and, together with another assistant, support our corporate client advisors. What are your tasks? • Administrative work in the corporate client area, in particular processing customer openings, mutations and pending items in compliance with regulatory requirements • Accompanying and triaging customer cases • Cross-selling of all financial services • Coordination of team-relevant concerns towards other specialist departments • Involvement of new processes, systems and digital channels / content in sales activities What do you bring with you? ## • Completed banking training or equivalent training with experience in the banking sector • Knowledge and experience in the corporate client area is an advantage • Interested and customer-oriented personality with a winning appearance • Independent, exact and responsible way of working • Entrepreneurial and networked way of thinking as well as enjoyment of working in a team
