Manager Industrial Engineering

Leadership position responsible for digitalization, automation, and technical further development of a production organization in the process analytics industry.

Tasks

• Responsibility for digitalization and automation of production processes
• Introduction and further development of the Lean Manufacturing Execution System (LMES)
• Integration of production, quality, and ERP systems incl. data and interface landscape
• Management of automation, Industry 4.0, and infrastructure projects
• Responsibility for investments in production facilities and technical infrastructure
• Further development of maintenance, repair, and monitoring concepts
• Close cooperation with production, Process Engineering, Quality Assurance, SCM and R&D

Profile

• Completed studies in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a comparable technical field
• At least 10 years of professional experience in the manufacturing industry
• At least 5 years of leadership experience
• Sound experience in digitalization, automation, MES/LMES and Industry 4.0
• Strong project management and change management competencies
• Confident communication in German and English

Offer

• Flexible working hours with a hybrid working model
