For the Tertianum Blumenaupark in Unterterzen am Walensee, we are looking for, effective immediately or by arrangement, an Healthcare Specialist EFZ 80-100% Your tasks • Holistic care and nursing of the guests in the sense of our nursing mission statement and the nursing process • Taking over tasks as a primary caregiver • Participation in the nursing process and in the nursing needs assessment with RAI for the assigned guests • Electronic nursing documentation using CareCoach (mobile possible with CareCoach smartphone) • Planning and accompanying doctor visits • Taking over daily responsibility • Taking over tasks as a topic bearer for a specialist topic and thus participating in the group-wide network for nursing quality Your profile • Completed training as Healthcare Specialist EFZ • Professional experience in long-term care is an advantage • RAI - knowledge desired or willingness to attend these courses • A warm and humorous basic attitude • Enjoyment of diverse challenges • Good German skills in spoken and written form Why Tertianum?
