Cleaning Staff as Team Coordinator (m/f/d) on an hourly basis

HKV Aarau, with approx. 1700 apprentices and around 3000 participants in continuing education, is an important educational partner in the commercial and business administration professional field.

For the cleaning team, we are looking for you immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks

• Cleaning of classrooms, toilet facilities, and corridors five times per week (Monday to Thursday from approx. time and Saturday from approx. time); further assignments outside of school operations by arrangement.
• Participation in deep cleaning during the spring and autumn holidays (during the day)
• Coordination of the cleaning team (work assignments, substitutions, etc.)
• Contact person and link between the cleaning team and the head of facility management
• Planning of substitutions during absences in the team
• Organization of holiday assignments
• Planning of window cleaning in advance of the deep cleaning
• Ensuring cleaning quality
• Input on the procurement of cleaning materials and equipment

Your profile

• Experience in room cleaning
• good oral German skills
• independent, exact, and efficient way of working
• flexibility in working time design
