HR Specialist (f/m/d)

A little over a year ago, we began the realignment of our HR department. Many HR processes, standards, and instruments are still under construction or are being reimagined. We are therefore looking for an HR professional who enjoys being in the thick of the action: advising managers, creating orientation and binding HR standards, driving projects forward -- and, just as naturally, pitching in with the operational and administrative daily business. If you like to roll up your sleeves, take on responsibility, and persist even when changes take time, you will find a task with room for design with us.
