Algewa AG is a small company in mechanical manufacturing and is known for highest precision and quality. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed and experienced Production Manager Mech. Workshop who optimizes and develops our production processes with passion and expertise.

Tasks

• Leadership and support of production
• AVOR incl. tool procurement and administration
• Calculating offers in the milling area
• Independent programming with Mastercam
• Processing of individual parts as well as small and medium series in the milling area
• Administration of clamping devices and measuring instruments

Qualifications

• Completed apprenticeship as a polymechanic with several years of experience
• Leadership experience or willingness to take on a leadership function
• Knowledge of Heidenhain controls is an advantage
• Several years of experience in CNC milling (5-axis)
• High sense of responsibility
• Fluent German skills in spoken and written
