Tasks

• Personnel, technical and organizational leadership of the Buildings and Planning department with the areas of project management, facility management as well as spatial planning and building permits
• Demand-oriented and qualitative further development of the department
• Initiation and management of (spatial) planning tasks and projects
• Responsibility for the controlling and reporting of projects as well as management of business control
• Drafting of applications to the municipal council
• Budget and credit responsibility
• Deputy for the division management of Population, Buildings, Planning

Requirements

• Education or further training in the field of spatial planning, architecture or urban design
• Professional experience in the management of (spatial planning) projects
• Leadership experience
• Knowledge of construction, planning and administrative law
• High level of personal responsibility, negotiation skills, resilience and flexibility
• Goal-oriented action with problem-solving competence
