What you will accomplish

• You assume responsibility for the management and results for the Buchs branch, strongly anchored locally, and implement the commercial strategy in the region through objective-oriented market processing activities.
• You have the overall responsibility for 25 employees and directly lead the corporate client team composed of 10 employees.
• You manage your own portfolio of corporate clients in the areas of financing, investment, and pension planning, offering your clients first-class advice and attentive follow-up.
• The development of existing client relationships as well as the acquisition of new client relationships are also part of your tasks.
• You actively participate in the economic and social life in the market area (public events, demonstrations, etc.) and represent the bank to the public.

What you bring

• You have a higher banking or economic education.
• You have long experience in management and, thanks to your great social competence, you enjoy leading a high-performance team.
• You have several years of experience in advising clients, particularly in the corporate client segment, as well as in-depth knowledge in the areas of financing, investment, and pension planning.
• You like to assume and shape responsibilities, you are communicative, think entrepreneurially, act autonomously, and distinguish yourself by your sense of negotiation as well as your sales and closing strength.
• You possess good knowledge of regional and local market conditions and are well connected accordingly.
