Versatile socioprofessional instructor at 60%

Orif is present in French-speaking Switzerland with 10 training sites and more than 560 employees. To strengthen its teams, we are looking for our La Chaux-de-Fonds site :

instructor at 60%

Mission :

• Supervise beneficiaries in a professional evaluation and orientation section as well as in a training section
• Accompany beneficiaries in rehabilitation measures
• Search for internship placements or the resumption of apprenticeship contracts
• Develop and implement individualized socioprofessional projects
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team

Profile and skills :

• CFC or a title deemed equivalent, in a field of the secondary sector
• MSP training would be an asset
• Strong interest in supervising people in professional rehabilitation
• Dynamic personality, creative spirit
• Autonomy, resistance to stress and flexibility
• Adaptation capacities and real skills to work in a multidisciplinary team
