The Verein Cicada is looking for employees at a workload of 60-80 % ## Cicada runs two small living and working communities for adults with disabilities in the Biel and Berner Jura region: Jabahe in Leuzigen and das Haus am Bach in Cortébert. We are looking for: Sozialpädagog·in FH or HF Pflegefachperson with specialization in psychiatry FH or HF Fachperson Betreuung EFZ or Fachperson Gesundheit EFZ We offer varied and responsible activities in small institutions, with individual and specific care. You accompany the residents in everyday life, support them in their personal development and enable them to participate in social life. The work is carried out in a team and in cooperation with various specialists. You are people with experience in accompanying people with cognitive and psychological impairments as well as challenging behavior. You are versatile, organized, reliable, open, act with individual responsibility and enjoy working in a team. You communicate fluently in German or French and have knowledge of the respective other language. A driving license Cat. B is required.
