Your tasks ###

• Technical, organizational and personnel management of the German courses and basic competencies teams
• Planning, organization and continuous further development of the educational offerings as well as quality assurance
• Cooperation with referring agencies and network partners
• Participation in cross-departmental projects and further development of the education sector

Your profile ###

• University degree in German as a foreign or second language, linguistics, pedagogy or a comparable field of study
• Several years of experience in adult education, particularly in the field of German as a second language and/or basic competencies
• Experience in course management, in quality development as well as the evaluation and further development of educational offerings
• Strong flair for marketing, target-group-oriented communication and the effective positioning of offerings
• Leadership experience or the willingness to acquire the corresponding competencies
