The context
The Quartier culturel de Malévoz, located on the site of the Hôpital psychiatrique de Monthey, is a unique place at the crossroads of culture, art, heritage, and socio-professional integration.
As part of the development of its productive and commercial sector (vegetable garden, processing, marketing, hotel, and catering), we are looking for a professional capable of combining field presence and management responsibilities.

Main missions

MSP Function (60 %)

• Lead a social integration workshop and support participants in their journey.
• Ensure the adequacy of activities with the needs of the public, the institution's objectives, and available resources.
• Develop activities, partnerships, and commercial outlets.

Management and administration function (40 %)

• Support the team in the design and implementation of projects
• Ensure the operational and administrative management of the sector
• Identify and solicit funding sources (subsidies, sponsoring, dedicated funds)
• Ensure the visibility of the Jardin culturel to the public and partners.
• Assume responsibility for service mandates
• Collaborate closely with other sectors of the Quartier culturel
• Ensure respect for the values, mission, and strategic orientations of the institution.

Professional profile

• Tertiary education in the social or health field or justify equivalent training with professional experience in these fields.
• MSP training or experience in organizing integration workshops
• Strong skills in management, development, and budget monitoring.
• Proven experience in a team coordination function
• Experience in seeking funding (subsidies, sponsoring) desired.

Personal skills

• Good knowledge of the social functioning of the canton of Valais (integration mechanisms, service mandates, institutional actors).
• Participatory leadership
• Ability to mobilize and combine field presence and management responsibilities.
• Sense of contact, interpersonal, writing, and communication ease.
• Sensitivity to mental health, inclusion, and reintegration issues.
• Initiative, sense of responsibility, autonomy, flexibility, and stress resistance.

Salary condition

• MSP position class 14 of the salary scale of the Administration cantonale du Valais
• Management position class 11 or 10 depending on the skill profile
