Partnership Specialist (60%) To support the Marketing & Communication department, we are looking for a service-oriented personality as a Partnership Specialist (60%) starting November 1, 2026, or by arrangement. What you can achieve You manage and support the partners of Swiss Olympic in the implementation of their sponsorship activities, particularly marketing measures, and undertake communicative tasks of the team towards the partners. You work closely with the Head of Partnerships to ensure partner management and the contractual services of the national partners and the international partners of the IOC. You are responsible for the planning, realization, and control of event and hospitality platforms. You manage a web application for the submission of offers from partners and help to continuously further develop this platform. You are responsible for the coordination, publication, and control of the Swiss Olympic Card offers and their continuous further development. You are responsible for ensuring the commercial relationship with the IOC with all contractual services. You support the ensuring of the enforcement of Olympic brand protection in Switzerland. What you bring with you You have a commercial degree with further training in the field of sports management/marketing (such as marketing specialist). You have an affinity for partner management and act in a service-oriented manner. You have at least four years of professional experience in the hospitality sector and/or in event organization. You have a strong flair for administration and organization. You have a solution-oriented, structured, and efficient way of working. You are sports-oriented and interested in sports. You have business-fluent German and very good English skills (B2/C1) in writing and speech. Your workplace We offer you an exciting and versatile task in the Olympic environment.
