Your new job ##

• Responsibility for the conception and independent implementation of risk-based controls and special audits, including the creation of concise and target-group-oriented reports and reports
• Development and implementation of data-driven analyses to identify significant risks at an early stage and to support the derivation of suitable risk-mitigating measures
• Preparation and implementation of workshops and training sessions with the aim of sharpening awareness of risk topics and suitable measures
• Active contribution to the further development of the integrative Risk/Compliance Framework within the Group, especially regarding new (Compliance) topics and bank-wide projects
• Management and continuous further development of the GRC tool, including maintenance, quality assurance, and user support

What we benefit from ##

• Completed studies in economics or law with initial relevant professional experience or comparable qualification, e.g., as a fiduciary or Certified Auditor, with sound experience in auditing or in the management of risk-based internal control systems
• Ability to quickly grasp regulatory requirements and translate them into recommendations for action, taking into account your knowledge of the core processes of a bank
• Courage to question existing frameworks, develop new approaches, and successfully drive their implementation by involving relevant stakeholders
• Proficient handling of data analysis as well as AI tools and methods. Basic knowledge of programming languages (e.g., SQL or Python) is an advantage
• Confident and goal-oriented communication in German and secure handling of stakeholders at all levels
