System Manager: ERP and Business Applications (80-100%)

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed and motivated personality with a focus on the support and further development of our ERP system (Dynamics 365 Business Central).

System Manager: ERP and Business Applications (80-100%)

You are responsible for the following topics:

• Ensuring productive operation and active ongoing further development
• Planning, coordination, and execution of release changes, support packages, and updates
• Implementation and coordination of system projects including digitalization
• Interface management to other applications (Online-Shop)
• Definition, mapping, and implementation of new system processes
• Responsibility for 1st & 2nd level support and coordination of 3rd level support
• Maintenance of a key-user group and conducting user training

You primarily bring the following skills/competencies:

• Completed training in the field of informatics or comparable qualification
• Sound experience with ERP systems (preferably MS-Dynamics)
• Basic knowledge of business administration
• High level of personal responsibility and initiative
• Open mindset and hands-on mentality
• Service- and solution-oriented with good communication skills (positive personality)
• Proficient German language skills in speaking and writing – company language is German
