Job Description ##

• Functional and personnel leadership of the HR department (1 employee)
• Planning, coordination, and implementation of the entire recruitment process
• Advising and supporting line managers in all personnel-related issues
• Conducting employee, conflict, and termination meetings
• Ensuring correct and timely payroll processing as well as social security declarations and settlements including year-end closing
• Preparation of contracts, employment references, and statistics
• Contact person for employees in the area of all social security questions
• Support and coordination of care and case management
• Preparation of reports for the Swatch Group
• Regular exchange and cooperation with the group-responsible bodies of the Swatch Group HR department as well as the HR managers of the foreign Swatch Group companies

Profile ##

• Several years of professional experience in operational and strategic HR, ideally in a technical environment
• Experience in holistic HR support, especially in the areas of recruitment, personnel administration, executive consulting, and personnel development
• Very good knowledge of Swiss labor law as well as social insurance
• High social competence, assertiveness, and a strong hands-on mentality
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• High trustworthiness, discretion, and a strong sense of responsibility
• Enjoyment of a versatile, independent activity as well as working with employees and managers

Professional Requirements ##

Higher education in Human Resources (e.g., HR-Fachausweis, FH)

Languages ##

Very good German and French skills as well as good English skills
