Your day as a Foreign Trade Specialist

• You are responsible for order processing, delivery note creation, as well as for the import and export administration of Axonland on site
• You monitor all imports and exports and process all intercompany transactions of the 12 Axon countries completely and independently
• You take over the administrative management of all import and export certificates
• You maintain customer and article master data and assist in master data maintenance (customs tariffs, origin, etc.)
• You optimize and manage the transport system and organize trade fair transports
• You assist our customers by telephone, advise them in sales, provide product information, and receive complaints or forward them
• You take over the complete deputy role for our foreign trade specialist as well as various administration employees
• You support our field service employees during spontaneous assignments in support and provision
• You actively help with the induction of new team members
• You take over initial tasks in the supervision of our apprentices
• You perform general administrative tasks

Your profile as a Foreign Trade Specialist

• You have a completed commercial basic training or a comparable training
• You bring several years of professional experience in the field of import & export and have already worked as a foreign trade specialist or in a comparable function
• Ideally, you have a medical background and experience in the processing of dangerous goods
• You are experienced in telephone customer contact and enjoy the support and advice of customers
• You have a quick grasp and can quickly familiarize yourself with new tasks and topics
• You possess German language skills at native level
• You can communicate well orally and in writing in English, any further language is an advantage
