In this role as an HR Assistant, you have the opportunity to provide decisive support to the HR department. HR Assistant 60% (m/f/d) What you achieve You are responsible for the entire administration in the classic HR process functions (recruitment, support, development, and exit) for various organizational units of Securiton AG. You support HR consulting in all administrative matters. You participate in various HR projects. You assist in the organization of personnel events. You create evaluations and statistics. What you bring With your completed commercial basic training EFZ and further training as an HR Assistant, you bring the ideal foundation for this versatile task. Thanks to your several years of experience in HR administration, you quickly familiarize yourself with new tasks and processes and work confidently in the administrative HR environment. You communicate with stylistic confidence in German and Italian - both orally and in writing. French and English skills are a welcome plus. You use the common Microsoft Office applications securely and efficiently; SAP knowledge is an advantage. You work independently, carefully, and on schedule and enjoy process-oriented activities. Thanks to your strong planning and organizational skills, you maintain an overview even in demanding situations and set priorities skillfully.
