Electrical Planning Team Leader (a)

Your tasks with us

• You assume the technical and personnel leadership of electrical planning within engineering
• You plan and prioritize tasks, deadlines, and resources and ensure the quality of electrotechnical documents
• You develop employees technically, promote the transfer of know-how, and support structured integration
• You are responsible for working methods, standards, and processes in electrical design and electrical planning and develop them in a practical manner
• You support the recruitment of new employees and the technical evaluation of candidates
• You coordinate work with the mechanical and software departments as well as with operations and customer service
• You manage and optimize the ECAD Zuken E3 and ensure a clean application of models and libraries
• You develop and introduce new hardware components
• You elaborate, document, and verify electrical diagrams, bills of materials, manufacturing documents, and technical documentation
• You create technical concepts for customer-specific solutions

Your profile

• You have basic training in electricity as an automation technician; additional training as a HES electrotechnical technician is an asset
• You have solid professional experience in electrical planning, electrical design, or in the field of mechatronic systems
• You possess excellent knowledge in electricity and CAD; experience with Zuken E3 (or EPLAN) is an advantage
• You enjoy technically leading a small technical team, transmitting knowledge, and developing practical solutions together
• Management experience is an asset; the essential is deep technical competence, a sense of responsibility, and clear and engaging communication
• You speak German very well; good knowledge of English is an advantage
• You are a technically competent, team-oriented, and flexible person with creative abilities
• Your strengths include an autonomous, precise, and reliable way of working
