Support of our residents in their independence and social participation
Assumption of basic care where help is needed, and guidance of clients towards self-help
Preparing and controlling medications
Carrying out report handovers
Assumption of emergency management in medical emergencies
Documentation of work according to quality standards
Cooperation with interdisciplinary specialists as well as the day service
Diverse household work and administrative tasks

Training as SRK with many years of experience as a night watch or training as FaGe
Responsible, flexible and resilient
Independent and reliable way of working
High social competence and empathy
Good powers of observation as well as solution-oriented thinking
Good German skills
