Tasks ###

• Independent reading of transport temperature data from goods receipt and checking checklists for correct completion
• Verification of all incoming goods for the specified transport temperature
• Supporting the Business Circles of Logistic Solutions in all GxP matters
• Taking on ownership or responsibility for the processing of deviations and changes in Veeva
• Proactive participation in process optimizations and quality improvements

Profile ###

• Completed vocational training or a completed Bachelor's/Master's degree, ideally in the pharmaceutical industry or pharmaceutical logistics field
• Professional experience in the GMP / GDP area
• Experience in GxP deviation and change management
• Experience in processing GxP documents
• Very good German skills (C1) and English skills (level B2) in spoken and written form
• High degree of structured and independent working style combined with high customer orientation as well as professional and proactive handling of all stakeholders
• Excellent team and social competence as well as a team-oriented mindset
• High degree of proactivity and personal responsibility in an open and collaborative environment
