Building and Infrastructure Operator

The employer is looking for a: maintenance worker (reported profession) Tasks: • is responsible for continuity in small daily maintenance requested by clinic staff through internal requests • plans, executes and controls the daily and weekly work plan prepared by the service manager and operates in respect of infrastructure procedures, reporting any anomalies. • execution of small maintenance and repairs based on reports from departments • application of the weekly work plan and operational coordination with the maintenance manager. • replacement of the sector manager with reporting of emergencies to the Management and coverage of the picket service • management of technical room cleaning and respect for waste management procedures • support for painting work and collaboration with the gardener. Requirements: • previous experience in the sector from 1 – 3 years • ability to work in a team • good knowledge of Italian • category B driving license • self-driven Employment details: • workplace Orselina • 100% occupation • employment by prior agreement, indefinite-term • salary to be agreed
