Payroll Specialist

These are your tasks:

• Processing of monthly salary payments (around 700 salary recipients in the three companies Stadtverwaltung, Thurplus and Alterszentrum Park)
• Accounting for withholding tax and daily allowance payments
• Reconciliation of the payroll accounting with the general ledger
• Contact person for all salary recipients and the HR departments
• Year-end processing including settlements with the social security institutions
• Mutual substitution in a small team (2 persons)

What you bring with you:

• Completed commercial training with further training in the field of payroll administration desired
• Several years of in-depth professional experience in payroll administration in a complex environment
• In-depth knowledge of Abacus Lohn desired
• Independent way of working in a small team (2 persons)
• Flexible deployment according to workload
