Claims Clerk (80 - 100%) with precision and humor
Your new area of responsibility includes the cancellations of benefits already reimbursed under KVG/VVG. Furthermore, you will process the postings of various incoming payments of coordination clawbacks in the KVG area. You check the incoming payments for their correctness and post them in the system. For necessary clarifications, you are in telephone and written contact with our insured persons as well as doctors, hospitals, pharmacies, and other service providers. You enjoy working in a small team, but nevertheless value your independence. With your quick comprehension and your flair for numbers, you are in the right place! After the initial training, the possibility arises to work in the home office up to two days per week.
