Our technical procurement ensures the qualitatively desired, timely, and cost-efficient procurement of all technical goods and services for our projects. For this team, we are looking for a Technical Buyer (m/f/d) 100% as soon as possible or by arrangement at our location in Kleindöttingen.

Main tasks:

Your main task is the procurement of all components and services for our projects – from the request for quotation to the invoice release. This takes place in close cooperation with the technical department and the project managers. In detail, this means:

• Independent execution of project procurement for all components
• Requesting, comparing, and negotiating quotations
• Triggering orders and obtaining order confirmations
• Proactive monitoring of delivery dates
• Coordination between suppliers, technology, project management, and production to receive deliveries on time and in the desired quality
• Processing notices of defects and complaints
• Supporting strategic procurement with active feedback on suppliers

Our desired requirement profile:

• Professional experience in project procurement or technical procurement and a track record of success in negotiations with suppliers
• Successfully completed technical or commercial vocational training, ideally with corresponding further training in procurement
• Good knowledge in handling technical drawings and specifications
• Enjoyment of contact with suppliers as well as a structured and reliable way of working
• Very good German skills and good English skills in speaking and writing
• Good user knowledge in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams)
• SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Team player, communicative and committed personality
