Your new job ##

• Development of the product strategy for the "Lending Solutions" area, alignment in accordance with the overall bank strategy and ensuring the market success of our credit solutions
• Management of the entire product lifecycle of the credit and financing solutions and management of the associated advisory tools: from the idea to stable operation ("Run the Bank") incl. Continuous Improvement
• Prioritization of the backlog together with the Product Owner and Business Owner, definition of business requirements with specialist departments and sales, and coordination of implementation
• Functional leadership of employees in the "Lending Solutions" product area, project management, and close cooperation with IT, sales, advisory, and risk
• Analysis of market trends, customer needs, and competition in the credit and financing market, recognition of opportunities and risks, and derivation of measures
• Examination and support of innovations, new technologies, and business models in the credit business
• Compliance with quality standards, risk and credit guidelines, as well as regulatory requirements
• Stakeholder management and communication of status, milestones, and challenges to management and relevant stakeholders

What we benefit from ##

• Several years of experience in product management and product development of credit and financing solutions in the financial industry, with end-to-end responsibility and life-cycle management across various customer segments.
• Sound specialist knowledge in project and process management (classic and agile) as well as in the use of modern methods and tools (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, Continuous Improvement, quality assurance).
• Very good understanding of business contexts as well as market and customer needs; familiarity with regulatory requirements in the Swiss financial market (e.g., FINMA)
• Leadership personality with experience in the functional leadership of teams, in the development of specialist competencies, and in the optimal use of employees and resources
• Very strong analytical and conceptual skills, structured and solution-oriented way of working, as well as broad experience in moderation, presentation, and the conducting of workshops
• High social competence, confident appearance, goal-oriented communication skills, and the ability to moderate different interests and lead to sustainable solutions
• High degree of initiative, sense of responsibility, and reliability, combined with enthusiasm, assertiveness, and openness to change and continuous further education
