Your mission

To strengthen the production department of our client, we are looking for an experienced Workshop Manager in the manufacture of electrical panels, capable of leading a team and ensuring the quality, deadlines, and performance of the workshop. Your missions - Supervise, organize, and motivate the workshop production team - Plan and coordinate the manufacturing work of electrical panels - Guarantee compliance with technical, quality, and safety standards - Ensure production monitoring (deadlines, costs, quality) - Collaborate closely with technical offices, logistics, and project managers - Participate in the continuous improvement of processes and workshop organization

Your profile
