Several years of professional experience in the legal department of a company, administration or law firm. In-depth knowledge of property law, family law, inheritance law and procedural law. Experience in conducting court proceedings. Bilingualism (German and French) is essential for this function. Professional experience in the field of social insurance law is desirable.
